Your factory PIN code, worked out from the label

Powerdale no longer exists and your Nexxtender refuses pairing without its PIN code. We work it out from the product number (PN) and the serial number (SN) printed under the unit. No account is needed.

Only Nexxtender Home and Nexxtender Mobile chargers are supported. Other models are not.

Where to find the label

Look under the charger, on the wall side or the floor side.
Find the small white label with the Powerdale logo.
Copy the two lines PN and SN, then take a photo of it.

The code will be sent to this address, along with the payment receipt.

Product number (PN)

Five digits, a dash, two characters. Example: 60211-A1.

Serial number (SN)

Four digits, a dash, five digits, a dash, two characters. Example: 2230-01234-5C.

Letters and digits that look alike. On the label, the print can be misleading. Check every character: we correct nothing for you, and a single wrong character gives a wrong code.

JPEG or PNG, 10 MB at most. On an iPhone, the photo is converted automatically. We use it to check that a real person is holding the charger, not to read the numbers.

I accept the terms of sale. I request immediate delivery of the code and I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal. The code is digital content supplied right after payment. Once displayed, it cannot be taken back. The date and time of your agreement are recorded with the order.

Why €19? Finding out how the code is calculated took real development work. This amount covers it, nothing more.

Refunded if you share your charger. If you then offer your Nexxtender to other drivers on PotatoCharge, the €19 is refunded to you. Ask for it by email at hello@potatocharge.com, quoting your order reference.
